Cheviot Hills

The association's efforts to maintain the residential nature of Cheviot Hills are funded by voluntary annual dues of $70 per household. The money collected by the association's annual dues drive is used, for example, to pay for a 24/7 security patrol, legal representation, consultants, flyers, mailers and newsletters on important issues, meetings of the association, our web site, beautification of our schools, and to support various projects with the West LA Division of the LAPD to increase police effectiveness.
