Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan (NTMP)
The Century City Neighborhood Traffic
Management Plan (NTMP) was designed to improve traffic flow on main arteries
and discourage use of smaller residential streets. Improvements and mitigations in the plan are
partially funded by revenues from development projects in the area.
